Construction Materials Lab Equipped with 1000kN Universal Testing Machine

The Challenge

The customer needed one system for tensile and compression verification of reinforcement steel and construction components, with clear English reports and locally traceable calibration.

Our Solution

We configured a 1000kN electro-hydraulic servo frame with tensile grips, compression platens, bend supports and extensometry. Remote application review was followed by witnessed factory acceptance tests.

The Result

The laboratory consolidated several methods on one platform, reduced manual result processing and established a repeatable workflow for incoming and project-quality tests.
