Before You Select a Machine

Start from the specimen material, cross-section and expected failure load. We normally recommend working inside 20–80% of the machine capacity.
Methods can be configured for common ASTM, ISO, EN and GB/T standards. Confirm the exact method and report fields with our engineer.
Yes. A universal testing machine supports multiple test types by changing fixtures, sensors and software methods.
Yes. Send specimen drawings, photos and gripping constraints so the fixture can be reviewed with the machine configuration.
We provide calibration procedures and can coordinate with accredited local laboratories. Remote guidance is available for setup and verification.
Material, specimen dimensions, force range, test type, standard, accuracy, required accessories, destination and preferred voltage.
Remote commissioning is standard. On-site service can be arranged according to destination, schedule and project requirements.
Standard systems are commonly completed in four to eight weeks. Custom fixtures and environmental systems may require additional engineering time.
